One of the best things Vicki and I have ever done was becoming a part of the Beacon Group family over 30 years ago. Not only is the Jim Click Automotive Team fortunate to have over 40 loyal, hard-working Beacon employees (doing everything from washing cars to janitorial and landscaping work), but our family has been helped by the Beacon family.
Thanks to Beacon, we have seen Vicki's sister, Michelle, grow... learn... and find a job she loves. Today, Michelle takes great pride in her paycheck and lives independently. That's what Beacon does best - helping people with disabilities to reach their full potential... a potential that might amaze you as much as I was amazed to discover that our people here are making rivets for multi-million dollar airplanes with zero tolerance for error!
As our Beacon Group expands to help over 35,000 unemployed people with disabilities in Pima County, Vicki and I ask you to please join us and lend your support to this critical project. By helping these people build independent, productive lives, we're really helping ourselves. And I promise you they will become the most willing taxpayers we know!
