Custodian

Custodian needed to work weekdays and weekends and occasional evenings. Previous custodial experience is preferred. You must be able to travel independently to various work sites and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Hours will be under 30 hours per week.

Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is accountable for a Department of Defense services contract based at Ft. Huachuca.  Services include administrative, logistics and facilities maintenance.  Some services will be provided by subcontractors at Ft. Huachuca and two sites in Maryland.

 

The position leads contract personnel and subcontractors collaborating with other personnel within the program in order to meet contract requirements.  In addition, the Senior Program Manager maintains a proactive and hands-on approach to solving organizational and technical issues.

 

Required qualifications:

• Successful experience managing projects delivering varied services
• Experience with government contracts
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Highly computer proficient, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience developing project requirements and starting up new contracts
• Experience building an organization including recruitment and staff development
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Access level security clearance

 

Beneficial:

• Five or more years of experience with the military and a deep understanding of military protocol
• Currently holds Secret or Top Secret level security clearance
• Experience managing subcontractors

Rehab Supervisor/Customer Service

 

Motivated and dedicated person is needed to work in our growing document destruction business
supervising and training 10-15 people with disabilities both in-house and out in the community doing recycling, confidential document destruction and special projects.  This position includes driving a box and/or pick-up truck, operating a forklift, customer service and administrative duties.

M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. but will need to be flexible to meet business needs. You must be able to pass DOT physical requirements, background check, fingerprint clearance and lift 50 lbs. and push/pull 300 lb. rolling bins. You must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and show proof of a good driving record.

Previous supervisory experience and working with people with disabilities is preferred

but we are willing to train the right person.

Current certification in First Aid, CPR, Article IX and CIT is a plus.
