Beacon Group employees who are capable of working outside the center-based work environment, but still need on-going support and supervision, are candidates for our Individual Supported Employment program.

Individual Supported Employment program employees are paid and perform work in business locations within the community. Beacon Group selects work environments that support supervision, training and transportation needs. Currently, Beacon Group has employees working in hospitality, food service, custodial, manufacturing, clerical and a variety of other jobs.
