Beacon Group is an Employment Network under the Ticket to Work Program. The Program is designed to assist Social Security beneficiaries enter employment and is totally voluntary. Beneficiaries receiving tickets have the choice of contacting one or more Employment Networks to discuss services. Beacon Group will work with your to develop an Individual Work Plan (IWP) that will outline the services to be provided and assist you in reaching your employment goals. We will be glad to discuss your employment options and choices with you.
